Memory functions for the electron-phonon system

Abstract
For a standard small-polaron Hamiltonian, a closed formula for the electron memory functions governing the nonMarkovian electron transport is derived in a systematic way applicable to arbitrary lattices. The correspondence with some older treatments is discussed in detail.Keywords
