Abstract
Thermal bleaching of colour centres in irradiated LiF crystals at room temperature was studied under the same thermal conditions as for the measurement of thermoluminescence. When the irradiated crystals were annealed and rapidly cooled, the energy of formation of the trapping centres of carriers, which contributed to thermoluminescence, was estimated to be 0.13 eV.Keywords
