Abstract
Patients (7) on long-term Li treatment were given chlorothiazide for 3 days. The urinary concentrating capacity did not change during the study, but serum K decreased significantly. Chlorothiazide does not seem to produce an effect on a moderately decreased concentrating capacity during long-term Li treatment. Keywords
