Abstract
We have fabricated microlasers with disordered semiconductor nanoparticles. The physical mechanism of optical confinement is based on Anderson localization of light in micrometer-sized random media. Pulsed lasing occurs around 380 nm at room temperature under optical pumping. Keywords
