Abstract
A new dibromotyrosine-derived metabolite (1a) and the known compounds aerothionin, moloka'iamine diacetate (2a), and 2,6-dibromo 4-hydroxy-4-acetamido-1,1-dimethoxy-2,5-cyclohexadiene have been isolated from the sponge Psammaplysillapurpurea and characterized by spectral studies. Keywords
