Abstract
Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of (0.6-y) PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3-y PbZn1/3Nb2/3O3-0.4 PbTi03 are investigated. An initial lead oxide, magnesium or zinc oxide excess allowed pyrochlore free and densified samples to be obtained except for high substitution rate y. High remanent polarization and coercitive field are observed for y = 0 whatever the excess, and for y = 0.4 with magnesium and zinc oxides excess, these compositions corresponding respectively to high planar coupling factor (70%) and thickness coupling factor (65%).Keywords
