Abstract
To gain insight into the brassinosteroid (BR) signaling pathway, the expression of BR-regulated genes was analysed in the BR-signaling mutant br-insensitive 1 (bri1), and in the presence of a protein kinase inhibitor, staurosporin. BR-regulated genes were classified based on the results. This classification will perhaps prove useful in BR-signalling studies using BR-regulated genes as molecular markers. Keywords
