Abstract
A method was developed for the estimation of the number of molecules of immunoglobulin bound to red cells. Solubilization of sensitized, washed red cells was followed by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of immunoglobulin concentration (SOL-ELISA). This assay gave results that were comparable to isotopic methods, was reproducible, utilised inexpensive reagents and was relatively quick and simple to perform. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
