Abstract
Report on 5 years' experience with a self-modified Asai-technique for voice rehabilitation after laryngectomy. Within a total of 24 operated sick persons, 16 regained a good and 3 an adequate voice. In 5 cases the result was inadequate. Indication, disadvantages, and reasons for failures are discussed.Keywords
