Abstract
A simple quantitative method of determining the permeability of the rat and guinea-pig blood-brain barrier for Evans[image] blue is described. Experimental evidence of the efficiency of the method is provided by demonstration of the increase in permeability under the influence of Cardiazol, coli toxin, tetanus toxin, cobra venom and Sinalost.This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
