Abstract
Primary and secondary trimethylsilyl ethers are converted to their carbonyl compounds effeciently using bis (Trimethylsilyl) chromate supported on silica gel in dichloromethane. Benzylic double bonds are not prone to cleavage reactions with this method.Keywords
