Abstract
Resonant scattering of bremsstrahlung was used to measure for 13 transitions in and 18 transitions in below 2.5 MeV. New level widths were measured by direct comparison of resonant scattering from levels of known width. Where branching ratios are known, radiative widths to the ground state are deduced. Comparisons are made between level widths measured in this work and in other measurements. The transition strengths in are compared with the most recent nuclear model.
