Abstract
The procedures employed at the Sterling Winthrop Research Institute for the maintenance of Schistosoma mansoni, method of infection, and measurement of efficacy are discussed. Data are presented illustrating the activities of a number of known antischistosomal agents in mice and hamsters against a Puerto Rican strain of the parasite with a well‐documented origin. Keywords
