Abstract
Forty-six mutants resistant to 5 [mu]g per ml of tetracycline were isolated by the gradient plate technique. Resistant and the sensitive strains were cultured on Pennassay agar and suspensions of washed cells were tested for plasma clotting time. The time was 120 min. for the sensitive strain. None of the resistant mutants produced clotting in 360 min. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
