Abstract
A patient had bromism and associated bromoderma, with the clinical appearance of pyoderma gangrenosum. The therapy of bromoderma is best approached by the rapid promotion of bromide excretion in conjunction with the use of anti-inflammatory drugs, in this case, prednisone.Keywords
