Abstract
A 13-year-old boy with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJs), gynecomastia, and bilateral multifocal testicular tumors is described. Histology of the testicular tissue disclosed large-cell calcifying Sertoli cell tumors. Females with PJs are known to be at increased risk of developing gonadal tumors. This case and a review of other reported cases suggest that males with PJs are also at risk for developing gonadal tumors. Keywords
