Abstract
The authors question the suggestion that plasmon dispersion increases for small values of the coupling over its random-phase-approximation value, and conclude that, contrary to what has been stated in the literature, it does not: high-frequency-moment sum-rule and Kramers-Kronig arguments, when properly treated, do not entail such a consequence. Keywords
