Abstract
Since the oyster is excelled only by liver in its content of Fe and Cu it should be useful in the treatment and prevention of the secondary anemias which respond to Fe or Fe + Cu. An average serving of oysters would yield about 40% of the daily requirement of Fe.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
