Abstract
The reaction has been utilized to study states in below an excitation energy of 5 MeV. Spectroscopic factors have been extracted by comparing the data with distorted-wave calculations. For states for which both and transitions are allowed, attempts have been made to extract relative admixtures. Two positive-parity states, not previously reported in neutron-pickup experiments, have been observed at MeV. Two weak negative-parity states have been observed at () and 4.66 MeV (), indicating the admixture of core-excited configurations in the ground-state wave function of .
