Abstract
Artificially engineered superstructure films of SrTiO3/BaTiO3 were deposited layer by layer via pulsed laser deposition onto substrates of sapphire with and without Pt/Ti electrodes. Secondary‐ion‐mass‐spectroscopy and x‐ray diffraction measurements were performed to explore the nature of the multilayered structure. Dielectricmeasurements versus temperature revealed a broad peak near the extrapolated Curie temperature. Keywords
