Abstract
SUMMARY Response of mycelial culture-plugs of 5 strains in the Basidiomycetes and 3 strains of Pezizaceae (Ascomycetes) indicated that dimethyl sulfoxide comparatively was more effective than glycerol when used as a protective agent in the freezing process.Keywords
