Abstract
Measurements and theoretical analyses of a number of transport effects in n‐type InSb for a variety of impurity concentrations and T > 77 °K are examined. The problem of electron scattering is the main one dealt with in the present paper. The contribution of different scattering processes is found to be dependent on temperature and impurity concentration. It is emphasized that acoustic phonons cannot be neglected in this respect. Keywords
