Abstract
Inhibin obtained from human testis, human prostate and human seminal plasma under identical extraction procedures showed similar Sephadex G-100 elution profile. Maximum inhibin activity was located in the most retarded fraction in the case of all the 3 sources. Both low and high molecular species of inhibin were obtained from human seminal plasma using aqueous extraction and alcohol precipitation procedure. The extraction procedure may be one of the factors in determining the molecular size of inhibin. Keywords
