Abstract
A case of pregnancy complicated by malignant hyperthermia susceptibility is reported. Serum CPK and electrolyte concentrations were measured during pregnancy and labour. Labour and delivery were managed successfully under epidural analgesia using plain bupivacaine 0.5%.Keywords
