Abstract
Spins have been tentatively assigned to the first five states of , the proposed spin sequence being 0, 2, 2, 3 (4), 4. The 296- and 468-kev transitions appear to be dipole-quadrupole mixtures. For the former, the percentage quadrupole radiation is 97.5% and for the latter, 5.8%.
