Abstract
We report a patient with a clinical syndrome indistinguishable from Parkinson's disease in which postmortem examination revealed extensive lacunar infarction of the basal ganglia without evidence of coexistent Parkinson's disease. This case provides pathologic confirmation of the concept of vascular parkinsonism. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
