Abstract
The authors present a 12 channel InGaAsP/InP wavelength selective router which operates at 2.5 Gbit/s channel rates and uses a slab waveguide based transmission grating. Insertion losses of 7.7 dB and crosstalk levels of –25 dB are measured. Keywords
