Abstract
1. 1) A method of sensitizing guinea-pigs to certain mycetoma-causing fungi is described. 2. 2) Their skin reactivity to various antigens derived from these organisms is described. 3. 3) The ability of skin tests in sensitized guinea-pigs to differentiate between organisms causing mycetoma is well defined. Keywords
