The therapy consisted of estradiol followed by estriol glucuronide and pregneninonol. In the 7 cases studied, bleeding of cyclic character and of normal amt. occurred during treatment. Patients tolerated 160 mg. of pregneninonol daily for 14 days a mo., over a period of several mos.
