Abstract
The clinical and radiological features of dyschondrosteosis are described in four members of a family in two generations. The probable relationship of Madelung's deformity, dyschondrosteosis and mesomelic dwarfism is described and the differential diagnosis is discussed. The bone dysplasia appears to predispose to degenerative change at the adjacent joints. Keywords
