Abstract
An attempt is made to show that the collision matrix defining electron-spin-half-target collisions including spin-orbit interaction can be extracted by making eighteen experimental measurements at the same energy and scattering angle. In addition two simple experimental measurements are suggested which can be readily undertaken. Keywords
