Abstract
A new type of phase transition in the domain-wall lattice between the (4×2) and (5×2) structure of Te on Mo(110) is reported. In this phase transition the period of the uniaxial domain-wall lattice remains constant, but domain walls themselves transform in more heavy ones. Keywords
