Abstract
In this paper, we present a new method based upon an information theoretical approach for graduation. This method allows us to obtain isotonicity, convexity, or any other of a variety of desired attributes of the graduated series. Also this technique can handle intervals of non-isotonicity quite simply as well. Keywords
