Abstract
The HPLC separation of phospholipid mixtures was investigated on silica, amino, and diol columns, using mobile phases consisting of acetonitrile, methanol, and phosphoric or trifluoroacetic acids in varying proportions. An explanation of the mechanism of these separations is given with regard to the individual column types. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
