Abstract
The paper focuses on data flow designs. It presents a testability measurement based on the controllability/observability pair of attributes. A case study provided by AEROSPATIALE illustrates the testability analysis of an embedded data flow design. Applying such an analysis during the specification stage allows detection of weaknesses and appraisal of improvements in terms of testability. Keywords
