Abstract
The proton group previously assigned to the ground state of from the reaction has been found to be a doublet, the low energy member of which is ascribed to an excited state at 31.2±2.0 kev. The -value corresponding to the ground state has been measured as 5.494±0.010 Mev. The -value corresponding to the ground state of in the reaction is 6.694±0.010 Mev, and the first excited level in is at 0.584±0.006 Mev.
