Abstract
An automated microenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Reader was evaluated for its ability to read and interpret microtiter plates; 309 microtiter plates were investigated by automated and visual methods. There was disagreement between the methods in 112 (0.6%) wells. Agreements between the 2 methods for susceptibility tests and Enterobacteriaceae identification were 98.8% and 89.3%, respectively. This publication has 21 references indexed in Scilit:
