Abstract
Summary: Antisera were produced in rabbits for the enzymes that decompose pneumococcus Type-III carbohydrate and also those that split pneumococcus Type-VIII polysaccharide. The antisera are as sharply specific as the enzymes; each neutralizes enzymes of homologous type only. The neutralizing action of the antisera was demonstrated by in vivo as well as in vitro methods. Keywords
