Abstract
Proteinase isolated from Streptomyces griseus releases alanylalanine and alanylglycylvalylaspartic acid from native ovalbumin, and yields a plakalbumin-like product, having seryl N-terminal residue, and showing less acidic nature than native ovalbumin in paper electrophoresis. Keywords
