Abstract
The fluorescence temporal profiles for donor and acceptor molecules in the binary mixtures of (1) rhodamine and oxazine-4-perchlorate and (2) rhodamine and nile-blue--perchlorate were measured using a 6-ps laser pulse and streak camera-video system. The theoretical calculations were fitted to the experimental data to obtain fundamental information concerning energy-transfer dynamics in binary mixtures.
