Abstract
The Sakaguchi reaction for the colorimetric estimation of arginine was studied. The best conditions for this method were investigated. The method was found entirely satisfactory for determining arginine over the range of 0-30 [mu]g. Duplicability of the method is [plus or minus] 0.5%, (Standard deviation). Keywords
