Abstract
• A new modality for the treatment of severe head and neck cancer pain is introduced along with three representative cases showing its effect. The modality uses an extremely low-frequency, low-amperage AC. The mechanism of action is as yet theoretical, with evidence that endorphins and enkephalins are released. All results have been extremely positive in reducing pain. (Arch Otolaryngol 1983;109:382-383)This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
