Abstract
Wood molasses was fed to lactating dairy cows in amounts up to six pounds per day. Wood molasses apparently is well utilized by cows, and shows promise as an ingredient of dairy cow rations. One pound of molasses was worth at least one-half pound of grain. Cows did not crave the wood molasses but palatability was not a problem. No deleterious effects were noted when fed as long as 112 days. Copyright © . .This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
