Abstract
In this paper, a novel supply modulator with nested structure for envelope tracking base-station power amplifier was presented, which boosts average modulator efficiency by realizing additional peak efficiency points both in linear amplifier & current source array. Tuneable peak efficiency points make a flexible efficiency adaptation for various wideband signal character besides efficiency boosting.Keywords
