Abstract
In qualitative expts. there was no correlation between resistance and the antibiotic effect of plant juices. The juices from cabbage, wild mustard and cucumber were effective against bacterial phytopathogens, while those from corn and tomatoes were active against plant fusaria. Some juices were quite detrimental to animal pathogens, esp. to Gram-negative rods. Certain ones were stimulatory to pathogens. Keywords
