gFactor of the192−Isomeric State inSc43

Abstract
The g factor of the 192 state in Sc43 is discussed within the framework of the conventional shell model. An inert Ca40 core is assumed. The effective interaction derived for this mass region by Kuo and Brown is used. It is shown that the g factor can be well explained with a small configuration mixing. The g factor of the 6+ state in Ca42 is also discussed.
