Abstract
Starting from restriction enzyme cleavage sites of known topologies the DNA sequences coding for two thirds of the H2B histone protein, together with some 3'' extracistronic sequences, were determined for the sea urchin P. miliaris. This unambiguously identified this gene and further revealed its 5''-3'' polarity and accurate map position in a cloned histone DNA repeat unit. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
