Abstract
The clinical and pathologic findings are described in a patient suffering from hepato-lenticular degeneration with concomitant degeneration of the postero-lateral columns of the spinal cord. The spinal cord degeneration was of the type encountered in nutritional deficiency states. It is suggested that deficiency of a hepatic factor is responsible for the changes in the nervous system characteristic of hepato-lenticular degeneration. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
