Abstract
The dc conduction mechanism in vacuum deposited praseodymium oxide films, within the thickness range of 400 to 2000 Å and temperature range of 0 to 100 °C, was found to be space-charge limited. A number of parameters, viz. carrier concentration, mobility of charge carriers, trap depth below the conduction band edge, Fermi level etc. , have been determined. Keywords
