Abstract
The high T c superconducting films with a T c (zero resistance) of 104 K were prepared by two liquid-phase-reaction steps at 830°C and 850°C with the mixture of Bi2O3 and PbO powders and Sr-Ca-Cu-O(Sr:Ca:Cu=2:2:4) ceramic substrates. The high T c phase was well stabilized on the Sr2Ca2Cu4O z substrate with Bi2Pb0.6O y . The reaction steps, the role of PbO and microstructural analysis for the formation of high T c films have been studied by XRD, DTA and SEM.Keywords
